Globally we are all feeling the effects of isolation as our world, our communities, shrink and come to a standstill. We find ourselves reduced to our homes and immediate families. For some of us, that’s a great thing, but for others who are already isolated or struggle with depression or anxiety, symptoms can increase.
Through remote work, online sessions, people are still able to get help for anxiety or depression from the privacy and safety of their own home.
During this time, I continue to work with individuals and professional organizations to help alleviate fears, overcome anxiety, and work together to create a plan that helps people get through this difficult time of isolation and the unknown.
You are not alone.
