Business Hat/Mindful Cap

Take off your business hat and put on your mindfulness cap. When feeling stressed, struggling with COVID 19, career change or loss, and overall life changes, take a break and go outside in nature. Focus on the sunlight, the green leaves of the trees and feel the wind on your face.

Being in nature or learning a mindfulness practice will not solve your problems, but they will help provide your mind with a much needed break that will reduce stress and tension and allow clarity and focus at a later time when you need to make decisions.
